1. Online Store Terms & Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our fine jewelry or digital assets for any unauthorized or illegal purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to intellectual property laws).

A breach or violation of any of these Terms will result in an immediate termination of your access to our services and potential cancellation of unfulfilled orders.

2. Accuracy of Products, Gemstones & Pricing

We make every reasonable effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, dimensions, diamond facets, and carat weights of our fine jewelry. Due to screen variations and high-magnification photography, gemstones may appear slightly different in size or hue in person.

All diamonds listed on our Site are ethically cultivated lab-grown diamonds certified by internationally accredited gemological laboratories (such as IGI or GIA) unless explicitly indicated otherwise.

Prices for our products are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any design, diamond setting, or collection without liability.

3. Bespoke Concierge Ordering & Payment Process

To ensure personalized craftsmanship and ring sizing accuracy for every fine jewelry creation, Lavish Designs operates through a dedicated White-Glove WhatsApp Concierge ordering model rather than automated shopping carts.

When you submit an order request via our WhatsApp Atelier or customer care desk, a certified gemologist reviews your selected precious metal, carat weight, ring size, and diamond certification. We provide high-definition inspection video and a personalized bespoke commercial invoice.

Accepted Secure Payment Methods: To guarantee maximum security and cardholder protection, payments are settled via:

• Major Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant secure electronic payment links.
• Direct Bank Wire & Certified ACH: Institutional domestic and international wires with encrypted digital confirmation and formal proof-of-payment receipts.

4. Insured Shipping & Delivery Terms

All domestic jewelry deliveries dispatched by Lavish Designs LLC are shipped via reputable armored or express couriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS) and are 100% fully insured while in transit.

For your security and fraud prevention, an adult signature (21+) is strictly required upon delivery for all high-value fine jewelry shipments. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the confirmed recipient address.

5. Bespoke Atelier & Custom Jewelry Agreement

Custom bespoke jewelry commissions, private CAD modifications, and engraved pieces require client approval of digital 3D renders prior to casting and diamond setting. Once metal casting has begun, custom order cancellations may incur a nominal fee to cover bespoke bench costs.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Site, including but not limited to brand text, graphics, logos, product designs, CAD renderings, photographic images, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Lavish Designs LLC and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our designs or website assets without express prior written permission from Lavish Designs LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Lavish Designs LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or jewelers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of the service or any products procured using the service.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
